How long will my order take?Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days, resulting in delivery within 5-10 days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

I received a damaged product. What do I do?No need to worry. Simply send us an email at connectpapercuffs@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 10 days of receiving your order. We'll review the images and arrange for a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. The full amount will be refunded, and you can expect it to appear in your account within 7-10 business days from the date the refund is processed.

What do I do if I don't like the product I received?Drop us a mail and we will initiate your return. But please note that the products purchased can only be returned unopened/unused without damage and with all the tags intact within 1 days of receiving the order. Please make sure that the return product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The courier charges incurred by you to send us back the product will not be refunded. No return/refund/exchange is possible for customized products unless it is damaged.

When can I cancel my order?Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. No cancellation applicable for customized products once the order is placed.

When do I get my refund for the cancelled order?If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 5-7 working days. Please note that we depend on the debit/credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

I placed an order but entered the wrong shipping address, what can I do?If you place an order with an incorrect shipping address, you can message me to correct it, only if the order has not already been shipped. If an order has already been shipped and does not arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address on the order, unfortunately I will not be able to offer a refund as it is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
